Pursuant to Title 16 U.S.C. Section 551 and Title 36 C.F.R. Part 261.50 (b), the following act is prohibited within a portion of the National Forest System lands within the Bear Creek watershed, Pike National Forest, El Paso County, State of Colorado, on the trails shown on the attached map hereby incorporated into this Order as Exhibit A (hereinafter the “Restricted Trails”). This Order is issued according to the terms of a Stipulated Settlement Agreement entered in United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
