THIS CLASS IS SOLD OUT. WE ARE WORKING ON PUTTING TOGETHER ANOTHER FALL CLASS. STAY TUNED
Although streamer fly fishing is one of the most understudied and mysterious techniques in all of fly fishing, it is a must-know technique to add to any angler’s arsenal.
With fall quickly approaching, large predatory fish will be looking for big meals before the winter freeze. This class will get your streamer game dialed in, so you won’t be stumped when that giant brown won’t eat a midge.
This is two-part class by Covey staff member and streamer junkie, Hank Haen. He will teach you “the ways of the streamer,” covering gear selection, rigging basics, to selecting the right pattern, and presenting the streamer in the most enticing way.
Classroom portion: Friday, September 24th @ 6pm.
Stream side portion: Sunday, September 26th @ 8am. Location TBD.
If you have taken Streamer Fishing 101, or are streamer curious, this is the perfect class for you. Beginners are welcome, but basic fly fishing knowledge is required. Students are required to have all of their gear (rods, flies, terminal tackle, waders, etc.).
Cost is $90.00
