301 Nymphing class. 2 part class -The Dropshot Rig April 26 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm $90

Learn one of the most effective nymphing techniques from Angler’s Covey Guide, Brian Hilbert. The dropshot rig is effective in all situations and can be deadly year round. If you are looking to add a significant tool to your arsenal, this is the class for you!

This 2 part class will cover rigging, flies, reading the water properly, tactics and techniques. The classroom portion will take place on April 26th at Angler’s Covey at 6pm.

The on-water portion of the class will take place on Saturday, April 27th.(Location TBD) from 9am to noon. Students are welcome to stay after the class and fish.

If you have taken our winter nymphing class, 201 class, or are just curious, this is the perfect class for you. Beginners are welcome, but basic fly fishing knowledge is required and students are required to have all of their gear.

Required gear:

• Nymphing rod

• Strike indicators

• Barrel swivels

• Tapered leaders

• Flourocarbon Tippet 4x/5x

• Jig style tungsten flies

• Unweighted flies

• All waders and fly fishing gear

*Transportation is not included.
