Supporting the mental and emotional needs of the local community through transformational outdoor experiences that cultivate hope

Giving Rise to Hope

Angler's Covey, along with the local community, have been impacted by the complex challenge of mental health. The Morning Hatch Foundation was established in 2022 to make a difference in Colorado Springs. Angler's Covey owners, David and Becky Leinweber began this foundation as a means to begin enacting change in the Pikes Peak Region.

The Morning Hatch Foundation fulfills this mission by funding organizations and programs supporting the mental and emotional needs of the local community through transformational outdoor experiences that cultivate hope.

These groups include non-profit organizations such as Project Healing
Waters, Fishing the Good Fight, and others that have an alignment with the goal to affect change for mental health progress through outdoor
experiences.

SAVE THE DATE
Please join us on Sunday, February 16th for our 17th annual Colorado Springs Fly Fishing Film Tour!

For the last 17 years Angler’s Covey has hosted a showing of the F3T here in Colorado Springs. We have used this as a fundraiser for various organizations in the past. This year, the F3T will be bigger and better!
100% of proceeds will go to the Morning Hatch Foundation, which will then distribute the funds to key partners addressing mental health in the community such as Project Healing Waters, The Mayfly Project, Reeling in Serenity, Fishing the Good Fight, and more!

This event will feature the current top films in the fly fishing industry, friends, food and drinks, a raffle, Live Guide auction, and more! Remember, this is a benefit for mental health and 100% of proceeds will go directly to organizations that address mental health.

Help us make this years annual F3T the best one yet!
