Giveaway Rules

Angler’s Covey is excited to offer a bonus opportunity for customers who come into our store, or shop online at www.anglerscovey.com, for the month of March 2021. Due to COVID protocols and our concerns of holding a large one-day and in-person event, we have created this reward opportunity for customers who patron the store during our “Boot the Hoot” event through the month of March. For every $100 that a customer spends in our store, they will receive one entry in a drawing for our “Boot the Hoot” Giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY
Boot the Hoot Giveaway entrants must be legal residents of the United States. Contest entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age on March 31st, 2021. Employees, associates, contractors of Angler’s Covey and their respective immediate family and household members are not eligible.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
Winners will be selected in a random selection from all eligible customers who have purchased items either through our Point of Sale system (POS) in store or online at https://anglers-covey.shoplightspeed.com/. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. For each $100 spent in Angler’s Covey the customer will receive one entry. For example, a customer who spends $857.93 would receive eight entries.

Winners will be determined by a random selection from a list generated from a sales history report for the month on March 31st, 2021 after closing at 6:00pm.

Winners will be notified base on their preferred contact choice within their customer profile located in our POS system. If the winner cannot be notified in a 48-hour period, Angler’s Covey reserves the right to withdraw the award and select an alternative winner.

Any prize not claimed within fourteen (14) days will be forfeited by the winner and remain the property of Angler’s Covey.

PRIZES
The value of each prize is determined by the prize vendor’s suggested retail price or by the retail price the prize is currently known to be selling for at the time the offer was published and is subject to change.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted for another prize.  Angler’s Covey reserves the right to substitute alternate prizes of equal or comparable value.

Prizes are offered “as is” with no written, express, or implied warranty.

GENERAL
All winners will be asked for consent and agree to permit Angler’s Covey to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, and voice for advertising, fundraising, promotional or publicity purposes in all media, including (but not limited to), in perpetuity, without compensation and agree to execute specific consent forms if requested.

Angler’s Covey may utilize Facebook, Instagram, YouTube to promote sweepstakes or giveaways, from time to time. Participants acknowledge that any such promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

All taxes (federal, state, local or otherwise) on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner.

Angler’s Covey shall have the final decision on any and all claims concerning this Contest and reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if these Official Rules are not followed.  Entrants release CPR and its employees, officers and agents from any liability, including personal injury or property damage, with respect or related to the receipt and/or use of any prize awarded.

These rules are subject to change at the sole discretion of Angler’s Covey.
