About Kenny Romero

Fly fishing has been Kenny's passion and pursuit since he first landed a trout on a fly rod at a Colorado high mountain lakewhen he was 12 years old.   Kenny has been instructing and guiding professionally for 10 years and specializes in winter river and Stillwater fly fishing.  I also love to float tube and kayak fly fish for big Rainbow and Brown trout with streamers and dry flies. Kenny says his style of teaching and guiding is "to listen to my client and understand what their goal is and then adapt to that goal. I strive to always exceed the client's expectation."  When a client lands a fish, Kenny gets as excited as if Ihe had landed that fish. There is definitely a method and process to consistently catching fish and having a great day on the water: "It's my job to ensure the client gets that experience."
