Skills Social: Knots, Rigging, Casting

Bring your fly rods, leader & tippet, and $30 to cover costs and food!
Discover Class / Refresher
Thursday, May 18th
6:00 - 9:00 PM
This class is for those getting started in fly fishing or for those who just need a refresher. In this class we go in-depth on the basics such as knots, rigging, entomology, fly selection, trout behavior, gear selection, ethics and etiquette, and more! $40
South Slope Day
Saturday, June 17th
7:30AM
If you want to catch natural bright-red cutthroats on the South Slope Lakes with friends this is your day! Must register ahead of time as space for this trip is very limited.
Elevenmile Canyon Campout
July 27-30
all weekend!
This is a favorite PPWA event where we gather at 11Mile Canyon to fish, share meals, smo'res, and fish stories together. Come for the whole weekend or come up for the day!
Blue River Day TriP

High Alpine Lake Day Trip

Small Stream Day: Beaver Creek

This is another favorite day where we will fish Beaver Creek below Skagway Reservoir near Victor, CO.
Intro to entomology & Fly Tying
Thursday, November 9th
6:00-8:00pm
This class emphasizes the fundamentals of aquatic entomology and its direct relationship to proper fly selection. Learn how to connect the dots between local hatches, lifecycles, and choosing the most productive patterns while fly fishing. $40
