Angler's Covey Giveaway
Angler’s Covey wants to recognize community members who are, at times, over-looked and under-appreciated for the work they do: teachers, fire fighters, and police officers. The best part? The recognition will come from you as part of our #ACgiveaway. We want you to submit the name of a deserving teacher, fire fighter, or police officer to receive a ½-day guided fly fishing trip for two people.
Your person should be an avid fly fisher or an eager newcomer but one who doesn’t get out enough to live the adventure. Your job: convince us why the person is deserving of this trip! The Angler’s Covey staff will decide the winner based on your write-up!
The contest will take place on our Facebook page. Head over to Angler’s Covey Facebook and once there:
- Find the posting that is pinned to the top of the page. It will have the heading #ACgiveaway.
- In the comments section, give us your best reasons for why your nominee is the most deserving.
- End your comment with #ACgiveaway.
The ½-day trip includes all gear – but you will need to provide your own transportation and travel.
Nominations will be open from December 6, 2016 through December 23, 2016.
The AC team will decide the winner on December 24 with an announcement delivered on Christmas morning (of course!).
